(CAN), and today we highlight the Company, here at the QualityStocks Daily Newsletter.

Thai cryptocurrency exchange Bitkub is considering a major move by exploring an initial public offering in Hong Kong. The Bangkok-based exchange, founded in 2018, is one of Thailand’s leading crypto platforms. This decision comes as Thailand’s stock market faces challenges that make a domestic listing less attractive.

The Thai stock market has struggled in 2025, with the SET Index dropping around 10 percent and newly listed companies seeing average declines of over 12 percent. These conditions have reduced the appeal of local IPOs, prompting Bitkub to look abroad for better opportunities. By choosing Hong Kong, the exchange hopes to gain access to a more stable market and attract international investors.

Bitkub may aim to raise approximately $200 million through the Hong Kong IPO. Such a listing could provide the company with greater visibility on the global stage and allow it to expand its reach beyond Thailand. The exchange has not yet publicly commented on the plans, and discussions remain fluid, but a potential listing could happen as early as next year.

Hong Kong is positioning itself as a growing hub for digital assets in Asia. The city has introduced a formal licensing system for crypto exchanges and is preparing additional regulations to attract both retail and institutional investors. These steps make it a more supportive environment for cryptocurrency companies, especially compared to Thailand, which is tightening oversight of the local crypto sector.

The move would also support Hong Kong’s broader goal of diversifying its IPO market. In recent years, first-time share sales in the city have increased, with 2025 expected to see the highest IPO proceeds in four years, projected to surpass $40 billion. By listing in Hong Kong, Bitkub could become part of this growing wave of international and tech-focused listings.

Bitkub is not the only crypto company pursuing public listings. In 2025, several digital asset firms have gone public or filed for IPOs, including Circle, Etoro, BitGo, Galaxy Digital, Gemini, tZero, and Figure Technology Solutions. This trend shows increasing confidence in the digital asset market and growing interest from traditional investors.

While Thailand continues to develop its crypto ecosystem, such as creating a regulatory sandbox for foreign tourists to convert crypto into local currency, challenges remain. Market volatility and stronger regulatory oversight have made the local environment less favorable for large-scale listings.

By considering a Hong Kong IPO, Bitkub seeks to navigate these challenges while positioning itself as a prominent player in the global crypto market. The potential move highlights the growing importance of international markets for Southeast Asian crypto companies and reflects broader trends in the industry toward global expansion and public investment.

Publicly-traded firms in the blockchain ecosystem like Canaan Inc. (NASDAQ: CAN) will be keeping track of the steps that Bitkub takes on its journey to its IPO. The success of the IPO will be a win for the wider digital assets industry.

Canaan Inc. (CAN), closed Monday's trading session at $0.9478, off by 6.1584%, on 34,135,682 volume. The average volume for the last 3 months is 659,125 and the stock's 52-week low/high is $0.5347/$3.27.

Bullish (BLSH)

MarketClub Analysis, MarketBeat, Zacks, Top Pros' Top Picks, The Night Owl, The Motley Fool, StockReport, Premium Stock Alerts, Pivot & Flow, OTCPicks and 360 Wall Street reported earlier on Bullish (BLSH), and today we highlight the Company, here at the QualityStocks Daily Newsletter.

A San Francisco homeowner lost an estimated $11 million in crypto after an attacker posing as a delivery worker forced entry during an early morning break-in. The robbery, which occurred in the Mission Dolores area, is among the largest known thefts of digital assets from a private individual in the U.S. this year.

A police report states that officers were called shortly before seven on Saturday morning to a residence near the intersection of Dolores and 18th streets. Investigators have not said whether the victim suffered injuries, and they have not named any suspects.

The case reflects a fast-growing trend of “wrench attacks,” in which criminals rely on direct physical intimidation, kidnapping, or physical violence instead of hacking. Rather than attempting to breach a wallet remotely, perpetrators pressure victims into handing over passwords or moving funds under threat.

A CryptoNews September report, citing data from Jameson Lopp, a Bitcoin security advocate, found that physical attacks against digital asset holders increased by more than 160% since February, with 48 cases documented in 2025. Lopp has since logged over 60 such incidents this year, a figure already well above the total recorded in 2024.

While France currently leads with 14 cases, similar crimes have surfaced across Australia, North America, and Europe. Experts say the trend mirrors the strong performance of the crypto market.

Suspects often use fake uniforms, clever social manipulation, and targeted surveillance to prepare. Often, attackers review social media posts or public filings to estimate how much money a victim might control. Some are believed to track conference appearances where speakers discuss their holdings or technical expertise.

The U.S. has seen several high-profile examples. An Italian in New York was held for over two weeks while captors tried to force him to surrender access to his Bitcoin. That case later drew scrutiny after two city police officers became subjects of an internal review.

Meanwhile, prosecutors in Chicago charged six individuals accused of kidnapping four people and pressuring them to transfer $15 million in crypto.

In an August incident outside Paris, a former trader was abducted after criminals failed to collect a ransom of €10,000 ($11,517). He was eventually found on the street with visible injuries. French police said it was the 10th crypto-related abduction reported recently.

Physical attacks are only part of the growing risk. Security firm CertiK reported that investors worldwide lost nearly $2.5 billion to online theft, security failures, and scams during the first half of 2025.

Lopp, who started documenting these crimes after he was targeted in a SWATing incident in 2017, said the latest figures illustrate a shifting threat environment. While rising prices draw more criminal attention, he added that personal safety tools and custody options have also advanced.

He encourages crypto holders to limit public discussion of their assets, follow basic security habits, and consider a mix of personal and third-party storage that matches their level of risk.

This growing wave of wrench attacks targeting people with significant crypto holdings is a major concern that the entire crypto industry, including firms like Bullish (NYSE: BLSH) hopes can be fixed as it strikes individual holders and portrays crypto as a highly risky asset to own.

Bullish (BLSH), closed Monday's trading session at $41.03, off by 5.9376%, on 1,839,290 volume. The average volume for the last 3 months is 95,860 and the stock's 52-week low/high is $34.2447/$118.

As the year comes to a close, copper output in the United States holds firm at 1,077,000 tons. This figure represents an increase of about 1.7% as compared to last year’s output. Experts attribute this slight increase to reduced output from major operations like the Phoenix mine and the Kennecott Copper project.

The Phoenix mine, operated jointly by Newmont and Barrick Gold, is expected to produce less this year due to the processing of lower-grade ore. Even so, some of the shortfall will be balanced by the restarted operations, including the Mineral Park and Johnson Camp projects. Operations at the Johnson Camp resumed in August of this year after acquiring permits late last year.

Rio Tinto’s Kennecott project also saw a planned shutdown for maintenance of its smelter and concentrator during Q3 impact output temporarily. Despite the drop, the project’s output is expected to recover next year, supported by the beginning of underground mining at the North Rim Skarn zone.

Looking ahead, the medium-term prospects for the country’s copper production are strong. Several projects are scheduled to come online from next year, most notably the Copperwood and Florence developments, which together are expected to introduce nearly 70,000 tons annually of additional supply.

The Mineral Park restart continues to progress as well and is targeting trial output by the end of this year, with a more meaningful output increase expected come next year. Once fully operational, Mineral Park aims to produce roughly 11,200 tons every year, supplying copper to key domestic sectors such as manufacturing, energy, and defense, thus supporting broader national goals to strengthen the country’s mineral security.

Large-scale developments like the Mesaba are expected to begin production in 2029 while the Ann Mason is scheduled to commence operations in 2030.

Both operations are set to play a major role in boosting America’s copper output over the next decade. As these and other projects come online, the country is on track to rise into the top five copper-producing nations by 2030, with its position expected to strengthen even further by 2035.

Overall, America’s copper production is projected to expand at a 7.2% compound annual growth rate in the next decade. By 2035, output is expected to have hit 2,158,000 tons. This sustained increase will be driven by the launch of multiple upcoming operations, including MacArthur, Tamarack, Antler Mine, and the CK Gold project, all of which will enhance domestic supply security and help meet growing copper demand both within the U.S. and globally.

With exploration enterprises like Aston Bay Holdings Ltd. (TSX.V: BAY) (OTCQB: ATBHF) conducting mineral exploration activities in the U.S. and other regions in North America, the production outlook looks promising for domestic supply chains within the United States.

Aston Bay Holdings Ltd. (ATBHF), closed Monday's trading session at $0.04108, up 20.117%, on 5,500 volume. The average volume for the last 3 months is 12,351,720 and the stock's 52-week low/high is $0.03095/$0.0549.

(CURLF), and today we highlight the Company, here at the QualityStocks Daily Newsletter.

Cannabis retailers across the U.S. are adjusting to an unexpected shift in shopper behavior as the youngest legal buyers reshape the market. Gen Z customers are coming into stores, but they are approaching cannabis with more intention, more research, and more caution than many of the shoppers who came before them.

Los Angeles’ The Higher Path & The Other Path director Adrienne Airhart says customers are not walking in to chase intense highs. According to her, younger adults often use THC to support workouts, manage school workloads, or ease social discomfort. For many of them, cannabis has become another tool in a daily routine rather than an escape vehicle.

For years, many retailers assumed younger adults would consume less cannabis and that growth would come from older demographics. But Gen Z’s approach is presenting a new opening. It is not tied to high-volume use. It is tied to consistency, intentionality, and a desire for reliable effects.

Recent consumer surveys reveal clear differences between age groups. Adults 50 and older continue to adopt marijuana at fast rates and often look for help with sleep, relaxation, pain, or mental health. Millennials remain the most active spenders, buying across a wide range of products that deliver comfort and convenience, such as topicals, vapes, edibles, and affordable flower.

Gen Z, shaped by wellness trends and rising awareness around anxiety, is coming up during a period where many young adults drink less than previous generations.

National polling, including Gallup findings, shows younger consumers prefer substances that feel cleaner, are easier to regulate, and are compatible with daily life. Cannabis fits neatly into that shift.

Financial strain also plays a significant role. High housing costs, inflation, and lingering student loans leave this group with limited discretionary money. They visit stores less frequently and choose smaller baskets.

Surveys show most adults (69%) aged 18 to 24 favor marijuana over alcohol, and many say they are replacing alcohol with lower-dose THC options, such as beverages and edibles. They also plan consumption around specific situations and emphasize consistency over intensity.

Retailers have started adjusting their shelves accordingly. The Higher Path added a low-dose shelf in response to growing interest in mild, easy-to-manage products.

Larger multipacks of prerolls still sell, but often to groups seeking light social effects rather than a strong high. Gen Z buyers have not abandoned potency, yet they increasingly want it delivered in formats that feel controlled and purposeful.

Since only part of Gen Z is old enough to buy legally, experts say these habits are early indicators of what the future market may look like. Retailers who invest in education, effect-based merchandising, and products that fit structured routines may benefit from steady demand as this generation gains more buying power.

Operators say the opportunity is not in waiting for heavy consumption to return. It lies in adapting to a consumer base that values purpose, control, and thoughtful use. For companies like Curaleaf Holdings Inc. (CSE: CURA) (OTCQX: CURLF), the changing preferences of different demographics of consumers is something that will determine product design and marketing for years to come.

Curaleaf Holdings Inc. (CURLF), closed Monday's trading session at $2.44, up 6.9238%, on 334,077 volume. The average volume for the last 3 months is 212,143,639 and the stock's 52-week low/high is $0.675/$3.65.

MAX Power Mining Corp. (CSE: MAXX) (OTC: MAXXF) is a Canadian mineral exploration company pioneering the development of natural hydrogen as a potential new primary energy source. As a first mover in this emerging sector, the company has assembled North America’s largest permitted land package targeting naturally occurring, emissions-free hydrogen accumulations in the earth’s subsurface.

MAX Power plans to commence Canada’s first dedicated deep drilling program for natural hydrogen in November 2025, starting on the 200-km-long Genesis Trend in southern Saskatchewan, with the goal of converting a discovery into the world’s first commercial natural hydrogen venture in 2026.

Backed by institutional partnerships and a highly experienced technical team, MAX Power continues to build a globally recognized brand in the natural hydrogen sector. Its massive land package in Saskatchewan currently comprises 1.3 million permitted acres with another 5.7 million acres under application.

Saskatchewan, a jurisdiction recognized for its supportive regulatory environment and clean energy innovation, features North America’s most advanced policy framework for the exploration and development of natural hydrogen. The province is also known for its spectacular resource endowment as the world’s leading potash provider, the top high-grade uranium producer in the world, and Canada’s second-largest oil producer. Saskatchewan is also Canada’s leader in helium production, geothermal energy and carbon capture.

The company’s head offices are in Saskatchewan’s two largest cities, Saskatoon and Regina.

Projects

Natural Hydrogen (Saskatchewan)

MAX Power holds multiple large land packages across Saskatchewan prospective for deposits of natural hydrogen, highlighted by the 200-km-long Genesis Trend and the 75-km-wide Grasslands Project.

Genesis features easy road, rail and power access and a proposed hydrogen hub on its eastern side where there is an abundance of potential end-users for natural hydrogen. Drilling is set to begin in early November 2025 at the Lawson target situated in the heart of Genesis. Canada’s first deep well for natural hydrogen is specifically designed to test a complete five-element hydrogen system interpreted to exist at Lawson: source rocks, migration pathways, reservoirs, seals, and traps. Data from vintage and proprietary 2D seismic, gravity and magnetic surveys, and subsurface mapping, among other geological and geophysical information, support the prospectivity of Lawson which lies adjacent to an extensive regional “Salt Barrier” offering excellent seal and trap conditions.

The Genesis Trend’s scalability is further demonstrated by the recent identification of the Lucky Lake target, approximately 50 km northwest of Lawson and one of at least 20 Lawson “look-a-likes” that is being investigated along the trend. Early interpretation suggests serpentinized rocks and structural features favorable for hydrogen generation exist at Lucky Lake.

At Grasslands, geologists are excited about a broad area in the vicinity of a well (“Climax”) near the U.S. border that was drilled a few years ago and inadvertently resulted in Canada’s first known deep subsurface occurrence of natural hydrogen, associated with a rare rock assemblage geologists refer to as “exotic terrane”. Permits covering an area stretching 75 km east-west and up to 10 km north-south were acquired by MAX Power next to this discovery, amplifying the company’s first-mover advantage. Adjacent to three sides of Grasslands are producing helium wells owned by privately-held North American Helium, demonstrating that this under-explored area of the province is highly prospective for clean gas. Drilling of a target at Grasslands is expected during Q1 2026.

Other MAX Power land packages are Rider 1, 2 and 3 in the southeast part of the province, and Choiceland in the north-central part of the province.

To enhance scientific rigor and accelerate development, MAX Power has established a multi-year strategic collaboration with the Petroleum Technology Research Centre (PTRC), a globally recognized leader in subsurface energy research based in Regina, Saskatchewan. This partnership complements the company’s relocation to Innovation Saskatchewan’s R+T Parks in Saskatoon and Regina, placing its technical and executive teams at the heart of the province’s academic, regulatory, and infrastructure ecosystem.

Critical Minerals

MAX Power’s other key asset is its Wilcox Lithium Project in mining-friendly Cochise County in southeast Arizona where first-ever diamond drilling in late 2023/early 2024 confirmed the discovery of near-surface lithium-rich clays over a broad area of the Willcox Playa. MAX Power’s property occurs within a nearly 4,000-acre corridor adjacent to U.S. Department of Defense land, and benefits from direct access through roads, rail and power infrastructure. The discovery was made just as lithium entered its final price downturn and is now being intensely revisited by the company in light of the turnaround in lithium and an emphasis on critical mineral resource development in the United States under the Trump administration.

Market Opportunity

According to company materials, the global hydrogen market is valued at approximately $250 billion and is expected to surpass $400 billion by 2030. Supporting this outlook, a study published in Science Advances (Dec. 2024) estimates that in-place natural hydrogen resources could meet global net-zero carbon goals for roughly 200 years. Closer to home, a feasibility study by the Transition Accelerator (April 2024) projects that the Regina-Moose Jaw Industrial Corridor (RMJIC) in Saskatchewan could support a C$708 million annual hydrogen market, with province-wide demand reaching as high as C$2.7 billion per year.

These projections underscore a compelling opportunity to establish a new energy economy centered around natural hydrogen—a low-cost, low-emission, and potentially naturally replenishing resource. MAX Power is well-positioned to lead this effort with proximity to infrastructure, favorable geology, and increasing institutional support.

Leadership Team

Mansoor Jan, CEO, brings more than two decades of international experience across mining operations, capital markets, and business development. He has held senior positions at BHP Australia, BHP Chile, and Rio Tinto, where he was responsible for advancing cross-border projects, driving mine optimization, and leading technology delivery across major jurisdictions. Mr. Jan holds a BA and MSc in Economics and a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales in Australia.

Neil McMillan, Director and Chair of the Audit Committee, is the former Chairman of the Board of Cameco, the world’s largest publicly traded uranium company. Mr. McMillan served on Cameco’s board for 16 years and is highly regarded within and outside the province for his decades of success there. He previously led Claude Resources as President and CEO, paving the way for its development into Saskatchewan’s only profitable gold miner which was bought out for more than $300 million by Silver Standard Resources in 2014.

Steve Halabura, Chief Geoscientist, has decades of successful experience in the province’s resource sector including a deep understanding of the geological controls on the accumulation of hydrogen, helium, and other industrial gases. He was also instrumental in the early formative stages of the only two Saskatchewan greenfield potash mines to come into existence in the 21st century, these being BHP’s Jansen Project and K+S’s Bethune mine. Jansen is the largest private investment ($14 billion) in Saskatchewan history and is located northeast of MAX Power’s Genesis Trend.

Tom Kishchuk, MAX Power’s Senior Strategic Advisor for Natural Hydrogen Development, is CEO for the Saskatchewan-based Global Institute for Energy, Mines and Society (GIEMS). He has over three decades of technical and business leadership in national and global organizations focused on the energy sector.

D-Wave Quantum Inc. (NYSE: QBTS)

The QualityStocks Daily Newsletter would like to spotlight D-Wave Quantum Inc. (NYSE: QBTS).

A research hub set to open next year at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory aims to bring generative AI into defense wargaming. The GenWar Lab will focus on upgrading traditional tabletop exercises by pairing human participants with large language models such as those behind common AI chatbots. Project leaders say the technology will give players a chance to test ideas at a pace that traditional setups cannot match. During a game, participants will be able to call on AI assistants to evaluate options, propose actions, or even play the role of advisers and rival commanders. The system is structured to let users run quick variations of an event, then rewind and try again if they want to explore a different path. Experts outside the program see promise but urge caution. They warn of relying too heavily on the output of a single model and note that most general-purpose systems are not rigorously tested for strategic or policy use. The challenge, they say, is to expand AI's role while documenting its limits to prevent common analytical errors. As more tech advances are debuted by entities like D-Wave Quantum Inc. (NYSE: QBTS), we are likely to see those solutions adapted by various industries, not just the defense sector.

For a long time, the scientific community has known that anything that causes harm to the body usually also harms our brains. Conditions like insulin resistance, obesity and high blood pressure strain the body's metabolic and vascular systems. With time, this stress accelerates cognitive decline and amplifies Alzheimer's risk. Now, a new study conducted by a team at Arizona State University (ASU) together with collaborators elsewhere has shown that the harmful effects often start much earlier than had initially been thought. They observed that obese young adults exhibited a pattern of subtle changes suggesting early brain damage. These same patterns were present in older people diagnosed with various forms of cognitive impairment. The research underscores the importance of choline intake from dietary sources or supplementation to support healthy aging. Surveys show most people in the U.S. lack sufficient amounts of this vital nutrient. The study once again highlights the detrimental effects of chronic inflammation on metabolic and neuronal health. This adds a sense of urgency to the research and development programs of firms like Soligenix Inc. (NASDAQ: SNGX) that are focused on bringing to market more efficacious therapies indicated for systemic inflammation.

Soligenix Inc. (NASDAQ: SNGX) is a late-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing treatments for rare diseases with high unmet medical needs. HeartBeam Inc. (NASDAQ: BEAT) is a medical technology company pioneering a new approach to cardiac care by delivering hospital-grade electrocardiogram (ECG) insights outside traditional clinical settings. Its proprietary platform supports a scalable app-based solution for real-time heart monitoring.

The company’s mission is to empower both patients and physicians with actionable cardiac data wherever symptoms begin, addressing a critical gap in the first hours of cardiac events. Through its connected cardiac care ecosystem, HeartBeam is establishing a new model for remote monitoring that deepens patient engagement and delivers more actionable insights for physicians. This approach is designed to obtain early diagnosis which could reduce time to treatment, improve outcomes, and lower costs across the healthcare continuum.

HeartBeam’s system aims to bring clinical-grade cardiac assessment into the home. HeartBeam is preparing for commercial launch as its 12-lead ECG synthesis software undergoes regulatory review, building on prior clearance of its 3D ECG system for arrhythmia assessment. The company plans to leverage its unique longitudinal ECG dataset and deep learning algorithms to advance predictive capabilities in the future.

HeartBeam is headquartered in Santa Clara, California.

Products

HeartBeam’s flagship innovation is its credit card-sized, cable-free ECG device that collects heart signals in three non-coplanar dimensions and synthesizes a 12-lead ECG. Cleared by the FDA in December 2024 for arrhythmia assessment, the HeartBeam System enables patients to capture high-fidelity heart data during symptomatic episodes, even outside a clinical environment.

The company’s pending 12-lead ECG synthesis software, developed from the same 3D signal acquisition, successfully met clinical endpoints in the VALID-ECG study and is currently under FDA review for arrhythmia assessment. This software combined with an on-demand cardiologist reader service is expected to form the backbone of HeartBeam’s commercial launch strategy, providing patients with access to a synthesized 12-lead ECG outside of the traditional hospital setting and enabling physician interpretation of patient ECGs from anywhere.

From the core, the team is building an ecosystem that includes integration with wearables, automated arrhythmia assessments, AI-driven wellness features, community features and trending insights. The ecosystem is intended to drive adoption and increase the overall value of the HeartBeam System.

Artificial Intelligence and Predictive Analytics

To enhance its diagnostic capabilities, HeartBeam is developing AI-powered arrhythmia detection algorithms to be validated in collaboration with Mount Sinai Heart. In early testing, these deep learning algorithms achieved diagnostic accuracy comparable to standard 12-lead ECGs when classifying atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, and sinus rhythm.

Additionally, HeartBeam’s AI engine has the potential to transform routine monitoring into predictive power in the future. The company’s platform enables frequent readings, building a unique longitudinal ECG dataset unique that no one else offers. By leveraging deep learning on the repeated measurements, there is an opportunity to develop predictive capabilities, such as screening for hidden cardiac conditions and forecasting risk of future events. The unique longitudinal dataset will create a defensible data moat as the company continues to advance its AI program.

Market Opportunity

HeartBeam is targeting a large unmet need in cardiac care by delivering hospital-grade ECG diagnostics to patients outside of traditional healthcare settings. Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death worldwide, yet most cardiac events occur at home, where standard 12-lead ECGs are not available, leading to costly delays in diagnosis and treatment. HeartBeam’s FDA-cleared 3D ECG technology is designed to close this critical gap with on-demand, remote diagnostic capabilities.

The company’s initial commercialization strategy focuses on two distinct U.S. entry markets. The first includes approximately 500,000 elevated-risk patients in concierge care settings, representing a $250 million to $500 million annual revenue opportunity. The second addresses a larger direct-pay segment of 2.6 million elevated-risk individuals, with potential revenues of $1.3 billion to $2.6 billion annually. Future expansion may include reimbursement-driven pathways through Medicare Advantage, providers, and payer partnerships.

HeartBeam anticipates annual subscription pricing between $500 and $1,000 per patient, with roughly 50% gross margins on device costs and 70%+ on recurring revenue. Based on a model using five U.S. regions, each with an estimated 75,000 eligible patients, HeartBeam projects that just 10% adoption would generate approximately $20 million in gross profit—enough to reach cash flow break-even under current pricing and margin assumptions. Over time, the company’s longitudinal ECG dataset and predictive AI capabilities are expected to deliver additional value to healthcare systems, research institutions, and life science partners.

Leadership Team

Robert Eno, Chief Executive Officer and Director, brings over 30 years of experience in the medical technology industry, including leadership roles at HeartFlow, OptiMedica, and NeoGuide Systems. He joined HeartBeam as President in January 2023 and was appointed CEO in October 2024, later joining the board in May 2025 to support commercial growth.

Branislav Vajdic, Ph.D., Founder and Chief Technology Officer, is a semiconductor and medtech innovator who previously led product design teams at Intel and founded NewCardio. He holds over 20 patents and is the original architect of HeartBeam’s core technology.

Tim Cruickshank, Chief Financial Officer, oversees financial strategy and capital allocation. He works closely with the leadership team to support commercialization while maintaining financial discipline aligned with key regulatory milestones.

Peter Fitzgerald, M.D., Ph.D., Chief Medical Advisor, is Director of the Center for Cardiovascular Technology at Stanford and a seasoned clinical trialist with over 175 studies and 650 publications. He has founded over 20 medtech companies and advises the FDA on digital health analytics.

Ken Persen, Chief Technology Officer, has more than 28 years of experience in cardiac rhythm management and digital health. He previously served as CTO and CEO at LIVMOR and held engineering roles at Cameron Health and Guidant.

Investment Considerations
  • HeartBeam has developed and secured FDA clearance for a credit card-sized 3D ECG device that enables arrhythmia assessment outside of traditional clinical settings.

LaFleur Minerals Inc. (CSE: LFLR) (OTCQB: LFLRF) is a Canadian exploration and development company advancing the district-scale Swanson Gold Project in Québec’s prolific Abitibi Gold Belt and progressing toward the near-term restart of gold production at its wholly owned Beacon Gold Mill. The company’s strategy centers on consolidating strategic land packages—highlighted by its flagship Swanson Gold Project, a 160 km² district-scale property that includes several prospects rich in gold and critical metals previously held by Monarch Mining, Abcourt Mines, and Globex Mining. The company is leveraging its 100%-owned, fully permitted and recently refurbished Beacon Gold Mill to transition from explorer to near-term gold producer—a key inflection point that typically triggers a market re-rating, further bolstered by current rising gold market prices. By processing material from Swanson and offering custom milling to regional projects, LaFleur aims to generate cash flow with minimal capital outlay, targeting annual gold production of up to 15,000 to 20,000 ounces by early 2026.

LaFleur’s vision is to evolve into an intermediate gold producer by capitalizing on strong market conditions and Québec’s rich mining infrastructure. The location, in the world-class Abitibi Gold Belt, and its infrastructure advantage, positions LaFleur for regional consolidation, strategic partnerships, or acquisition interest. Its mission emphasizes efficient value creation through methodical exploration, low-cost asset advancement, and opportunistic acquisitions—including land and deposits from Monarch Mining, Abcourt Mines, and Globex Mining.

Québec ranks among the world’s top mining jurisdictions, offering access to flow-through capital and regulatory stability. LaFleur’s integrated strategy—combining exploration at Swanson, a permitted mill at Beacon, and potential custom milling agreements—supports a streamlined path to near-term production.

LaFleur Minerals is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Projects

LaFleur Minerals’ operations focus on two strategically located assets in the Abitibi Gold Belt: the Swanson Gold Project and the Beacon Gold Mill and Mine. These projects leverage the region’s world-class mining infrastructure and high-grade gold potential to drive the company’s transition to production.

Swanson Gold Project

The Swanson Gold Project spans 16,600 hectares and hosts the Swanson, Bartec, and Jolin gold deposits along a major structural break in the Abitibi Gold Belt. The 2024 Mineral Resource Estimate for the Swanson deposit outlines 123,400 oz of gold in Indicated category (2.1 million tonnes at 1.8 g/t) and 64,500 oz in Inferred category (872,000 tonnes at 2.3 g/t). Located 66 km north of Val-d’Or, the Project is accessible by road and rail and benefits from more than 36,000 meters of historical drilling, along with existing infrastructure including an 80-meter decline portal.

Recent work—including airborne magnetics, soil sampling, and Induced Polarization surveys—has identified multiple high-priority targets and resulted in several high-grade gold assay results, including a grab sample grading 11.71 g/t Au at Jolin, which points to significant upside as the Company prepares to test multiple new zones.

LaFleur has defined over 50 drill targets at Swanson and nearby prospects (Bartec, Jolin, Marimac) and is completing a minimum 5,000-metre diamond drilling beginning in June 2025. LaFleur Minerals has also initiated permitting for a 100,000-tonne surface bulk sample averaging 1.89 g/t Au, which it plans to process at the Beacon Gold Mill as part of a near-term production strategy.

Beacon Gold Mill

LaFleur’s 100%-owned Beacon Gold Mill is a fully refurbished and permitted mill and tailings storage facility capable of processing 750 tonnes per day (tpd), with potential expansion to 1,800 tpd, with access to numerous nearby gold deposits that could be prime sources of ore. Located only 60 km from Swanson, it underwent a $20 million upgrade by Monarch Mining in 2022 and has been under care and maintenance since early 2023. LaFleur is finalizing a C$5-6 million restart plan, ramping up production by late 2025 into early 2026, processing Swanson mineralized material and assessing custom milling opportunities for regional deposits, creating multiple potential revenue streams.

The Beacon Gold Mill is a de-risked, proven asset that benefits from existing infrastructure, including access to roads, power, and skilled labor, and further enhances the overall value proposition of LaFleur by providing a clear path to production and potential revenue-generation.

Market Opportunity

LaFleur Minerals is targeting the gold mining and processing market in Québec’s Abitibi Gold Belt, one of the world’s most productive gold regions. Its fully permitted Beacon Gold Mill, with a 750 tpd capacity and authorization to process 1.8 million tonnes of tailings, is strategically positioned to handle material from LaFleur’s Swanson Gold Project and to offer custom milling for nearby deposits such as Granada Gold. The company projects annual production of over 30,000 ounces of gold once in full production, with potential for significant revenue generation based on prevailing market prices.

Global demand for gold remains robust, driven by geopolitical risk, inflation hedging, and central bank accumulation. The World Gold Council forecasts 3-5% annual demand growth through 2030, with average prices expected between $3,200 and $3,500/oz. Within this environment, Québec’s top-tier mining jurisdiction—ranked fifth globally by the Fraser Institute in 2023—offers streamlined permitting and access to flow-through capital. LaFleur’s low-cost Beacon restart (C$5-6 million) and proximity to more than 100 active and historical mines position the company to fill a growing need for small-to-medium scale custom milling.

At Swanson, LaFleur plans to grow its current 187,900-ounce resource toward 1 million ounces through its 2025 drilling program. This hub-and-spoke strategy, leveraging centralized milling and strong local infrastructure, reduces development risk and strengthens LaFleur’s foothold in one of the most attractive gold belts in the world.

ESGold Corp. (CSE: ESAU) (OTCQB: ESAUF) is a fully permitted, pre-production resource company on a clear path to near-term gold and silver production. With established infrastructure in place and a significant gold-silver resource, the company is uniquely positioned to generate near-term cash flow while unlocking the full potential of its Montauban Gold-Silver Project in Quebec—one of the top mining jurisdictions in the world.

ESGold is building a foundation for long-term growth through a dual-track strategy: cash-flow generation from tailings reprocessing to fund district-scale exploration.

The Montauban site, which operated as a mine for over 80 years, is now undergoing its first-ever systematic exploration program to determine just how large the remaining deposit may be. Near-term cash flow from tailings reprocessing will be used to fund exploration, with the goal of increasing the resource base and uncovering new discoveries across the expansive land package.

ESGold is advancing a scalable and replicable clean extraction model that turns legacy mine sites into revenue generating assets while setting a new industry benchmark for sustainable resource recovery.

The recent completion of a C$3.4M financing has enabled ESGold to initiate the final construction phase of its mill circuit—moving the company decisively toward production of gold and silver in Q3 2025.

Montauban Gold-Silver Project: Production Imminent

Located approximately 80 kilometers west of Quebec City, the Montauban Project is a past-producing gold-silver mine with surface and underground mineralization and over 900,000 tonnes of historical tailings. ESGold has invested over C$15 million to date, building out roads, power access, and a 16,000 sq. ft. processing facility. The company recently completed a C$3.4M financing to begin final construction of the mill circuit.

The company is fully permitted to enter into production that is expected to commence in Q3 2025 with a capacity of 500 tonnes per day, scaling to 1,000 tpd. An updated Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) is currently underway to reflect all-time high gold prices and the anticipated upside from the near-surface resource.

Parallels Between Broken Hill & Montauban

Broken Hill, discovered in 1883 in Australia, became the world’s largest source of silver, lead, and zinc—producing over $100 billion worth of metals. What made it unique was that the richest mineral zones were hidden deep underground in a twisted, boomerang-like shape, and it took decades to fully understand just how large the deposit really was.

Geologists now believe ESGold’s Montauban Project in Quebec may share similar traits. Like Broken Hill, it contains high-grade silver, lead, and zinc, along with gold—and sits within the same type of geological system known to host large, high-value mineral deposits. The rock formations, mineral assemblages, and structural complexity all suggest that Montauban could be hiding much more than what’s been historically uncovered. Academic studies now support this possible geological parallel, pointing to further evidence suggesting Montauban was formed under similar conditions as Broken Hill.

Exploration Upside

With production on the horizon, ESGold is advancing a major exploration campaign. Montauban has never undergone systematic modern exploration.

The company is currently completing a large-scale Ambient Noise Tomography (ANT) survey—a powerful 3D imaging technology that will define the size, shape, and continuity of the mineralized system. ANT is already showing strong results, with imaging going beyond the original 400m depth target and now expected to exceed 800m. This cutting-edge technology has the potential to reveal the full extent of the anomaly for the first time in Montauban’s 110-year history.

Scalable, Replicable, Clean Mining

Montauban is also part of a broader vision. Across Canada and globally, there are hundreds of orphaned or legacy mine sites that remain unrehabilitated despite containing valuable residual metals in tailings. Quebec alone is home to more than 259 of these sites, highlighting the scale of the opportunity. ESGold is advancing a scalable and replicable clean extraction model that transforms legacy sites into productive assets while setting a new benchmark for sustainable resource recovery.

The company has also performed testing that utilizes Dundee Sustainable Technologies’ CLEVR Process™, a proprietary non-cyanide extraction method that achieved 90.9% gold recovery in lab testing. This clean processing approach remains a valuable and scalable asset supporting ESGold’s near-term production and exploration growth strategy.

As a complement to its core mining operations, ESGold is developing clean technology solutions through a joint venture with DMCMS Inc. This initiative includes a polymer division that manufactures environmentally friendly products such as road stabilizers, dust suppressants, and other industrial blends—expanding the company’s sustainable commercial footprint.

Market Opportunity

ESGold is operating in a unique and specialized segment of the mining industry—reprocessing and revitalizing legacy mine sites. The Montauban Project offers both near-term cash flow and long-term growth potential by converting tailings into revenue while systematically exploring for additional high-value mineral endowments. The company’s established infrastructure, full permitting, and reclamation approvals reduce development risk and enhance execution timelines.

The broader green mining market is projected to reach $15.92 billion by 2030, according to Grand View Research. This growth is being driven by increased demand for responsible extraction methods, ESG-aligned practices, and critical mineral security. With construction underway at its fully permitted Montauban site—and exploration advancing along a Broken Hill-type geological model—ESGold is well positioned to emerge as Canada’s next premier gold and silver producer.
