With this agreement, NRC scientists will produce multiple monoclonal antibodies for Edesa Biotech to identify a lead candidate to take into IND-enabling studies. The NRC will grant Edesa an exclusive global license for the antibodies arising from the project. Edesa expects to complete the initial phase of the project by the end of 2020.

The Silver District Project is an advanced-stage exploration project in southwest Arizona. Magellan’s Silver District Project in La Paz County holds promising potential for expansion of an historic 16 million ounce silver resource, and development of a silver mine with by-products fluorspar, barite and lead-zinc.

This property comprises more than 2,000 acres of patented and unpatented mining claims and an Arizona state exploration permit. It covers all of the important historic mines and prospects in the Silver District.

The El Dorado Gold-Silver Project is planned to be developed as an underground mine to supply feed to the SDA Mill. The El Dorado Gold-Silver Project is near the village of Las Minitas, State of Nayarit, 50 kilometers south of the SDA Processing Plant. The El Dorado Mining Concession consists of a 50-hectare concession valid until March 2030. Magellan Gold holds the concession under an option to purchase.

In October 2019, Magellan Gold announced it entered into a binding agreement, dated October 16, 2019, with Golden Minerals Company (AUMN) for the assignment of the option to earn a 100 percent interest in the Santa Maria Project in Chihuahua State, Mexico. This agreement provides for a 150-day period to complete due diligence and secure adequate funding and enter into a definitive agreement that will formalize the Transaction. At present, Golden Minerals owns a 100 percent interest in the Santa Maria Mine, subject to US$200,000 in property payments.

In Utah, its North Paradox property consists of 233 placer claims encompassing 4,480 acres located upon the Paradox Basin in Grand County, Utah, 15 kilometers west of the town of Moab, in southeastern Utah. Liberty One Lithium has a mineral option and joint venture (JV) agreement with Millennial Lithium Corp. (Vancouver, British Columbia). The agreement grants Liberty One Lithium the sole and exclusive right and option to acquire up to an 80 percent undivided beneficial right, title, and interest in the Pocitos West project in Argentina.

In Argentina, the Company’s Pocitos West prospect consists of more than 39,000 acres (15,857 Ha) in the middle of the well-known lithium triangle. At present, Bloomera holds a Health Canada License to Cultivate and will initially add roughly 2,000 kilograms of annual production of cannabis to RavenQuest’s investment division. This is an Edmonton, Alberta facility with expected annual production of roughly 7,000 kilograms that will be ready for cultivation in mid-summer 2018.

RavenQuest BioMed also recently announced that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Fort McMurray #468 First Nation (FM 468) to collaborate in the development, operation, and also financing of a purpose-built facility for the production of cannabis on lands controlled by FM 468.

RavenQuest has developed an indigenous-focused, end-to-end solution for cannabis production and sale on sovereign land. It will provide its expertise to deliver the technical knowledge, staff resources, and financing opportunities as they relate to the development of the Production Facility, initially sized at 24,000 square feet. During 2019 the Company carried out an extensive exploration and development program on Cyclops and achieved successful nickel results with its drilling and bench-scale scoping tests for processing of materials.

Drilling identified significant horizons of nickel mineralization and bench-scale scoping tests returned positive results for processing of this nickel rich material.

2020 will see continued and consistent development in Pacific Rim Cobalt’s strategy as the company continues to set ambitious milestones with the goal of becoming a leading international player in the EV battery metal sector and creating significant long-term shareholder value.

This includes preparations to commission and operate the company’s pilot plant in Canada, which will contain an integrated circuit to produce high-purity nickel and cobalt strip solutions to develop battery-grade nickel and cobalt.
